How long will my order take to arrive?


Piece are either made to order, printed on demand or physical items ready to ship

Shipping time:

* France : 5 - 7 days

* Europe: 5 - 7 days

* International: 5–12 days

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Will I have to pay customs fees?


For international orders, customs or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Your piece is wearable art, treat it kindly 🧺

* Wash at 40°C maximum

* Use mild detergent

* Avoid bleach

* Do not tumble dry (air drying is best)

* Ironing is fine

This helps preserve the colours and details for years to come.

Do you accept returns?


As items are made to order, I do not accept returns for change of mind.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?


If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of your order. I’ll try make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?


Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me asap.

How do I choose the right size?


Please refer to the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Will the colours look exactly like on screen?


I do my best to display colours accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

Do you accept custom artwork or commissions?

How long do custom projects take?


Timelines vary depending on the project, but most commissions take 2–4 weeks.

Where are your products made ?


Products are either hand painted in Bayonne, printed on demand in France and shipped through trusted production partners to reduce waste and overproduction.

Is everything original ?


Yes. All designs are original creations by me (Yoko Atelier).
